Return & Exchange Policy

Please raise any Return/Exchange request within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day). Requests after this will not be accepted.

Size Issue / Wrong Product:
If you receive a wrong product or the size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange. We will arrange reverse pickup at no extra cost.-
Exchange is possible for the correct size or same product value.

If the new product costs more, the difference needs to be paid online.

Exchange/Return will be allowed only once per order.

Refund Policy:
We provide refunds only in case of defective or damaged products.-
To get a refund, email us at support@gojunglee.in with your order details, issue, and clear product photos.

Refund will be done to the same bank account/payment method used.

If the defect is due to mishandling by the customer, no refund will be given.
- In case of any refund is approved, it will take 5-7 business days to get credited to your original payment method.
- Damage/exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

In exceptional cases (when the correct product is delivered but we still accept the return), ₹100 will be deducted from your refund for reverse pickup charges.

Important Conditions:

Products must have the original sticker/label attached, be neatly folded, and properly packed. Without this, exchange/return won’t be processed.

Used or washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Products bought on Sale/with Discount codes are not eligible for refund.

Free exchange for size issues, but no refund on size issues.

Returns/refunds are not possible if there is a slight variation in colour or design compared to website/social media images (small differences may happen due to lighting and display).

Damaged Package:
Please do not accept delivery if the package looks damaged from outside. -
We reserve the right to refuse any Return/Exchange if the product doesn’t meet the above conditions.
- Undelivered Prepaid Orders:

We prioritize customer satisfaction and process refunds promptly for undelivered orders, including cases where delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

Eligibility:
- Full refunds apply to prepaid orders that:
- Fail delivery after reasonable attempts (e.g., wrong address, contact details provided by the customer).
- Receive no response to our refund request emails within 14 days.
Process:
- We email requesting payment details for refund initiation.
- If no reply within 7 days, we send a final notice: "If we don't hear back by [specific date], we'll consider the order resolved per our refund policy—no further action needed."
