Shipping policy

We usually ship all products within 24–48 working hours after you place the order.
In some rare cases, shipping may take 3–5 business days (for example, during high demand or unexpected delays).

Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 5–8 working days depending on your location.
For Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
In rare situations, delivery might take up to 2 weeks if the product availability is affected or due to holidays, weather, etc.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with your registered email.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress (depending on your pincode).

Delivery Issues

Sometimes orders may be received by family members, neighbours, flatmates, or office mailrooms.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, inform us within 48 hours. We will raise the issue with our courier partner.
After investigation (which may take up to 10 working days), we will issue a refund if it’s a genuine case.
Please note: If you contact us after 48 hours of the “Delivered” notification, we may not be able to assist.
